1. Service Agreement
By using HypersVault anti-cheat services, you agree to these terms. Our service provides automated cheat detection and prevention for gaming platforms including Roblox, Rust, GMod, and FiveM. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and HypersVault.
2. Acceptable Use
You must use our service in compliance with all applicable laws and platform terms of service. Do not attempt to circumvent, reverse engineer, or interfere with our detection systems. Violations may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
3. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of initial purchase only. No refunds for subsequent billing cycles.
4. Product Delivery
Product and service delivery may take longer than expected. We do not guarantee delivery timelines. If a product or service is temporarily unavailable, delayed, or down, we offer no refunds solely on the basis of waiting time or unavailability. By purchasing, you accept that delivery can be delayed and that no refund will be issued if you choose not to wait.
5. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, detection failures, or false positives. Enterprise customers may qualify for SLA guarantees.
6. Privacy & Data
We collect and process data necessary for cheat detection including player IDs, hardware identifiers, and behavioral metrics. Player data is encrypted, stored securely, and never sold to third parties. We comply with GDPR and CCPA regulations.
7. Security Logging & Monitoring
For security purposes, we log website activity including IP addresses, browser fingerprints, session data, request patterns, and access timestamps. This data is used to detect and prevent unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, and security threats. Security logs are retained for up to 90 days and may be shared with law enforcement if required by law. By using our services, you consent to this security monitoring.
8. Limitation of Liability
HypersVault provides anti-cheat services on an "as-is" basis. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate service at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or conduct fraudulent activities. Upon termination, access to services and data will be revoked.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated via email. It is your responsibility to review terms regularly.
